本研究の目的は、SAT(Structured Association Technique)法に基づくデジタルコンテンツを活用したアルコール依存症者のための行動変容支援プログラムの開発とその効果を検証することである。本研究で開発するプログラムではSAT法を活用し、ある程度の教示によってアルコール依存症者が自身の情動反応やストレス段階に目を向け、毎日短時間のセルフケアを行うことにより飲酒につながる行動の変容を支援し、再飲酒のリスクが低減されることを検証する。本研究ではSAT法に基づくデジタルコンテンツを活用したアルコール依存症者のための行動変容支援プログラムの開発とその効果を検証するために3段階のプロセスで計画している。1段階では、SAT法に基づくデジタルコンテンツを活用したアルコール依存症者のための行動変容支援プログラムを作成する。2段階では、開発した行動変容支援プログラムを用いた予備調査を実施して、その結果から行動変容支援プログラムを改修し、完成版を作成する。3段階では、行動変容支援プログラム完成版の効果検証のための調査を行う。2022年はSAT法に基づくデジタルコンテンツを活用したアルコール依存症者のための行動変容支援プログラムの試作し、予備調査を行った。研究デザインは介入研究とし、介入期間は4週間である。効果検証はプログラムを実施する前と実施中、実施後のデータを反復測定分散分析法により解析した。比較するデータは心理尺度を用いたデータと血圧、心拍の生理的データである。予備調査の研究対象は専門治療を終了したアルコール依存症者であり、断酒期間が4年未満の者15名程度とする。現在のところ、研究対象者7名への介入調査を終了している。
