口伝文化および筆記文化という分野は、旧約聖書研究において重要な役割を担っている。2000年代以降、この主題に対する関心が急激に増加しており、旧約聖書本文が口伝文化の中で活動した書記官共同体の産物であるという事実を認めることは、聖書学界では当然のこととなっている。本研究の初年度である2022年度は、これまでの申命記主義的歴史書における「集団的記憶」と「書記官文化」に関する研究史を整理しながら、従来の研究方法論についての反省と最新の研究動向の分析を行った。なお、本研究の一つ目の成果として15人の研究者たちと共著で、旧約聖書形成史において口伝文化および筆記文化が担ってきた役割に関する書籍を出版した。この書物のタイトルは、「Inscribe It in a Book: Scribal Practice, Cultural Memory, and the Making of the Hebrew Scriptures」であり、2023年3月に世界的な学術出版社であるMohr Siebeck社のForschungen zum Alten Testamentというシリーズを通して出版された。この書物の中で、本研究代表者を含む共著者たちは、書記官文化および集合的記憶と旧約聖書の形成過程との関連について論究している。旧約聖書の母体は書記官たちの集団的記憶であったと捉えるこの書物は、本研究課題がこれからどのような方向性で進められるかを示すプロレゴメナとして位置づけられる。1) Comparative Studies, 2) Writing about Writing in the Hebrew Bible, 3) Case Studiesの3部で構成されている本書には、書記官文化と集団記憶の関係性に関する学際的で広範な研究成果が詰まっている。

The culture of the mouth and the culture of the notes are divided into different fields, and the study of the holy books of the Old Testament is important. Since the 2000s, concern about the theme has increased rapidly. The Old Testament holy books, the oral culture, the activities of the official community, the recognition of the event, the academic circles of the holy books, and the natural development of the event. In the first year of this study, we will review the history of Deuteronomy in 2022 and analyze the latest research trends in recent years. The results of this study were published by 15 researchers, including the history of the formation of the Old Testament, the culture of the mouth, and the culture of the notes. "Inscribe It in a Book: Scribal Practice, Cultural Memory, and the Making of the Hebrew Scriptures" was published by Mohr Siebeck's Forschungen zum Alten Testament in March 2023. In this book, the representatives of this study include co-authors and scholars, and discuss the relationship between the memory of the official culture and the collection and the formation process of the Holy Book of the Old Testament. The old Testament is the mother of the book, the book of the book. 1)Comparative Studies, 2) Writing about Writing in the Hebrew Bible, 3) Case Studies, 3 parts of the book, the official culture, and the relationship between collective memory.
