本研究で明らかにしたいことは次の二点である。１．CLD児（「文化的・言語的に多様な背景を持つ児童（Culturally Linguistically Diverse Children）」（カミンズ2011）の困難が言語の問題なのか発達障害が関わるのかを調査する。２．2019年に国立障害者リハビリテーションセンターが発行した12ヶ国語版の『発達障害に関する外国人保護者向けパンフレット』は外国人保護者対象であり、CLD児の支援者対象の日本語支援と保護者支援のガイドブックは存在していない。全国初となる日本語支援者対象の発達に困難を抱えるCLD児支援のガイドブックを作成する。CLD児の支援者たちが求めている事例発表・検討会を開催する。2022年度は上記①と②を実行するための準備期間であった。再延長していた基盤研究（C）課題番号18K00702の結果を先行研究としてまとめたものを本基盤研究（C）22K00680の基礎的な資料とした。また、2023年7月に開催予定のシンポジウムの構想と準備を行った。今年開催するシンポジウムでは、児童精神科医に基調講演を依頼している。beforeコロナとwithコロナ時代の国の発達障害の支援の動きについて話してもらう。また、参加申し込み時に参加者にはCLD児の指導において現在困っていることを書いてもらう。それを基に班分けを行ってシンポジウム当日にグループ討論の資料とする。参加者の事前記入の記述と、シンポジウム当日の話し合いの結果を研究データとして活用する。
