项目摘要

本研究では、海外留学場面における高校生のコミュニケーション意欲や異文化適応などの情意要因と言語発達の変容を捉えるため、インタビュー調査や質問紙調査、言語テストを実施することを目的としている。本年度は予備調査として、すでに留学している高校生1名への調査を継続した。調査内容は、（１）留学中の本人およびホスト校教員、ホストファミリーへのオンラインインタビューと帰国後の本人への対面インタビュー（２）異文化適応感や英語でのコミュニケーションに対する意欲（Willingness to Communicate：WTC）、逆カルチャーショックについての質問紙調査、（３）4技能英語テストの実施、であった。インタビューデータは音声をテキスト化し、質問紙調査の回答はデータシートへの入力を完了した。高校生の異文化適応感がどのように変化しているのかを検討した。さらに本調査を開始した。研究参加者のリクルートは都内私立高校の海外留学説明会で行った。その結果、生徒4名が参加することになった。予備調査と同様の手順でデータ収集を開始した。出発前に参加者に対しオンラインによるインタビューを行った。また、4技能英語テストを実施し、言語能力を測定した。留学中は生徒本人とホスト校関係者、ホストファミリーへのインタビューをオンラインで実施し、音声データはテキスト化した。生徒への質問紙調査では、動機づけやWTC,英語でのコミュニケーションに対する態度、英語でのコミュニケーション不安、コミュニケーション能力、異文化適応感の変化を測定した。

This study aims to investigate the relationship between college students 'desire for intercultural adaptation, affective factors, speech development and language development in the context of overseas study. This year, a survey was conducted on one college student studying abroad.
