项目摘要

令和４年度は、バイモーダルコーパス構築に向けて、データベースの再設計、データ収集実施手順の再考、予備調査の実施など縦断的データ収集のための計画練り直しと前準備を中心に行った。学習者が産出する言語に影響を与え得る因子の1つとして、「書く」「話す」といった言語産出モードの影響に焦点を当てているが、Alexopoulou et al. (2017)などでは、タスクタイプの影響を受けることも示されている。さらに、平成30年に告示された高等学校学習指導要領では、用いる英文の種類によって、効果的な表現が異なることについて述べられており、テキストタイプの違いから起因する学習者の産出言語を分析することも極めて重要だという考えに至った。以上から、計画の練り直しを行い、言語産出モードとテキストタイプの影響を考慮した、日本人英語学習者の発信技能を概観できるようなバイモーダルコーパスの構築を目指している。本年度実施した予備調査では、意見文と説明文といった2種類のテキストタイプをCEFR A2レベルの学生30人に書かせてデータを集め分析したところ、説明文で名詞や名詞句の種類や使用頻度が高くなる傾向が観察できた。今後はICT教室などを利用することで、発話データの収集を実施していく予定を立てており、異なるテキストタイプを採集できるような英作文と発話タスクを既に作成している。被験者に取り組ませるタスクの順序効果や指示文の説明に工夫が必要であるが、再度予備調査を実施してコーパス構築に繋げていく。

The order of the selected group and the description of the instructions are necessary for the preparation of the survey.
