2022年度は、中国明代における吏員人事制度に関する史料・先行研究の整理・検討、および省祭官について言及する史料の収集を中心に研究を行った。明代における「省祭官」を対象とする本研究において、省祭官身分獲得に至る吏員人事制度の詳細およびその運用実態を整理することは必要不可欠な作業である。2022年度は、『大明会典』『諸司職掌』などの政書を中心に、『明実録』や官僚の文集に見える吏員人事制度に関する史料を収集・整理した。一連の作業を通じて、当該制度の概要および歴史的変遷、施行細則を明らかにすることができた。あわせて、制度の問題を指摘する官僚の上奏などを手がかりに、当該制度の運用に当たって生じていた諸問題を理解することに努めた。また、明代の胥吏全般に関する先行研究を収集し、日本のみならず中国・台湾における研究動向の把握を図った。先行研究においては、吏員ならびに省祭官に関する理解はあくまで人事制度の中における位置づけにとどまっており、経済的活動や社会的地位の検討を通じて彼らと明代中国社会との関係を問う本研究の独自性をあらためて確認するに至った。加えて、本研究の中心的課題である省祭官のあり方を明らかにするために、各種史料から省祭官に言及するものを網羅的に収集する作業を進めた。一連の作業を通じて、人事制度の運用実態のみならず、省祭官およびその前段階である吏員を生み出す階層がどのようなものであるか、省祭官身分を獲得した者がその後どのような活動を行っていたか、といった問題を検討するにあたって有用な史料を見出すことができた。

In 2022, China Ming Dynasty officials personnel system related historical materials·advanced research, sorting, discussion, provincial officials, speech and collection of historical materials, central research. The status of provincial officials is obtained, and the detailed application of personnel system of petty officials is arranged. In 2022, the historical materials related to the personnel system of officials were collected and organized. A summary of the system, a change in its history, and details of its implementation are set out in the table below. The problems of the system are discussed in detail. The research trends of the Ming Dynasty and China and Taiwan were grasped. The first study is to understand the relationship between the personnel system and the social status of China in the Ming Dynasty. In addition, the topic of this research center is the collection of various historical materials from provincial officials.
