本研究は、ワイマル共和国期のドイツ（1918年～1933年）で右翼・保守的な政党や政治運動が労働組合的組織を設立し、労働者の獲得を目指していた点に着目し、右翼陣営内の労働（組合）運動の実態を分析することを目的とする。研究に当たっては、右翼側の政治的な立場を類型化し、それぞれの具体的な労働者組織を取り上げて、その組織的特徴や活動実態を文書館に保管されている第一次史料に基づいて実証的に検討した上で、こうした右翼労働者組織に集まった労働者の特徴、さらにそれら諸組織とナチズム運動との接点を可能な限り明らかにしていく。本研究は、こうした右翼陣営内で類型化される労働組合的組織を「右翼労働運動」という包括的な概念のもとで捉え、左翼労働運動に対抗した潮流として位置づけるとともに、「ナチズムを支持した労働者」を明らかにする手掛かりにしたいと考えている。本研究の遂行に必要な第一次史料の調査・収集は2023年度より行う予定であるため、2022年度は研究課題に関する研究文献の調査・収集を重点的に行った。とりわけ、ドイツ国家国民党（DNVP）の労働者政策に関する文献を中心に収集し、その分析を行っているところである。このテーマに関する研究はそれほど多くないが、おおむね順調に収集することができた。なお、日本で入手不可の文献に関しては渡独の際に入手を試みたいと考えている。研究成果に関しては、ドイツでの史料調査を踏まえて、2023年度以降に適宜発表していきたい。
