COVID-19の影響で、2023年3月になるまで調査を開始することができなかった。そこで、以下のように研究内容の調整及び変更を行った。・本研究の方法論であるネットワーク理論について、地域づくりに関する日台の文献を収集してそれらの分析の視点や方法を比較した。その結果、ネットワーク調査の方法は同様でも、住民の個人ネットワークのコミュニティにおける位置づけに相違があることが確認できた。すなわち、日本ではネットワーク間のつながりを分析したり、ネットワーク内の人間関係をコミュニティの状況を把握するツールとする等、個人ネットワークの広がり自体に注目する傾向があった。台湾では社区リーダーと住民の関係性や、社区営造のリーダーを検出する等、個人間のつながりに注目していた。先行研究においても、コミュニティについて、日本が「集団性：地域のまとまり」で捉えるのに対して台湾は「個人：個のつながり」で捉えていることが示されている。こうした相違を考慮し、本研究の分析視点を固めていく予定である。なお、2023年3月の調査では、仁和社区関懐協会及び林仔邊自然文史保育協会を訪問し、現在の活動状況及び今年度の調査（8月）について打ち合わせを実施した。・前年度から継続してきた「大学の地域連携による社区営造」の研究に関連し、黄肇新博士（長栄大学社会力研究センター）と共に高雄市六亀社区をフィールドとする社区営造活動に関する共同研究を開始した。この研究では、六亀地区に新たに建設された社区活動センターについて、日本の公民館の概念を導入して市民教育の場としての活用を計画しており、その端緒として、公民館活動について歴史と現在の活動の状況に関して文献調査を実施した。
