项目摘要

(コロナ禍前において) 世界的に観察されている停滞するビジネス・ダイナミズムの決定要因とマクロ経済に対する影響について, 研究を開始した. クロスカントリーデータによって, インフレ率と参入・退出率の正の相関を確認したうえで, 低インフレが低参入率・低退出率を引き起こす理論的なメカニズムを検討すべく, あらたな理論モデルを開発・精緻化した. 具体的には, Romer (1990, JPE) によるイノベーションに基づく成長モデルに, 金融政策の役割を導入した Chu and Cozzi (2014, IER) モデルに, 内生的な企業の参入活動と内生的な退出活動を組み込んだ, 新たな動学的一般均衡モデルを構築した. このモデルにおける定性・定量分析によって現時点までに得られた結果によると, 企業の参入費用が十分に高い場合, 低インフレ率（あるいは低名目金利）が参入率・退出率の低下 (ビジネス・ダイナミズムの停滞) を引き起こす可能性がある.また, 企業の参入・退出のダイナミズムをより正確に理解するためには, 景気循環が発生する理論モデルを利用することが望ましい点にも注目し, 本計画の新たな展開の１つとして, 技術革新と景気が変動するイノベーション・サイクルモデルに関する研究も行っている. これまでのところ, 歴史的に繰り返される産業革命のような超長期的な視点からイノベーション・技術革新の循環をとらえた理論モデルの構築を行った. 次年度以降, 理論・実証両面から, 技術革新の波を, 企業の参入・退出のダイナミズムに関連付けていく計画である.

In this paper, we focus on the research and implementation of the new development of this project, which is based on the correct understanding of the enterprise's participation and exit, and the development of the theory of scene cycle. This time, the history of the industrial revolution is reflected in the ultra-long-term perspective of the industrial revolution. The cycle of technological innovation is also implemented in the theoretical framework. In the next year, theoretical and practical aspects of innovation, waves of technological innovation, enterprise participation and exit, and related projects will be launched.
