项目摘要

2022年度は, EBPMに向けた, 信頼性の高い資料作成の礎となる理論的研究をメインに行った.まず, 1) 集計データを用いた小区分ごとの実態把握のための統計的推定法に関する研究を行った. 具体的には, 公的ミクロデータを用いた際にも乗率を考慮しながら貧困率などの割合推定に有用な手法を提案した. このように乗率を考慮することによって, 回収率なども考慮した統計的推測に結びつけることができる. 現在は提案法を用いて実際の公的ミクロデータに適用可能か吟味している状況である. この研究の途中経過は研究集会にて発表している.そして, 2)説明変数に測定誤差がある場合に対する平方根変換を目的変数とした経験的予測量とその予測誤差について理論的な共同研究を展開している. このような手法を考慮にすることで, コロナ禍の死亡数等の予測時に説明変数の方に測定誤差がある場合に対応可能となることが期待できる.また, 3) 公的統計で重要な問題と考えられる統計的開示制御の共同研究をさらに深めた. 具体的には, 統計的開示制御の分野で活用されるEwens model下での寸法指標に対する統計的精度のよい複数の推定量を構築した. そして, 数値実験とデータ解析によりそれらの有用性を比較した. しかし本研究で主に提案した推定量は, 計算機依存のものである. そのため, この先さらなる数値実験が必要になると考えられる. ちなみに, これまでの研究成果は学会にて報告している.さらに, 2022年度は, 他の分野で用いられる統計的手法の情報収集も行い, いくつかの手法の適用可能性を吟味した.
