项目摘要

本研究課題「イノベーションの創出と普及に関する競争と保護の関係の解明」の初年度(2022年度)の実績は質・量ともに満足のいくものであった．医療ITのイノベーションが普及しない理由を実証的に解明した．地域連携医療情報ネットワークの停滞要因を横浜市のデータや北海道の事例で明らかにした．イノベーションと厚生の関係に競争がどのような役割を果たすかを非イノベーター企業数の増加として捉える研究を行なった．企業数が増加して競争が激しくなるときに経済厚生が増加する簡明な条件を導出した．イノベーションの普及としてジェネリック医薬品の安定供給に関する実証研究を遂行して，医療機関の調達戦略がどのようにその安定供給に寄与するかを特定した．現代的な課題への取り組みとしてCOVID-19パンデミックに際しての日本の医療供給体制の特徴を明らかにした．日本の現状を踏まえるとルールに基づく感染症対策が有効であることが示唆できた．イノベーションとその普及を他者への別払いと捉えて，その先手と後手の優位を明らかにした．ある種の別払いゲームでは後手の不利益が存在することをゲーム理論的に証明した．イノベーションジレンマが存在する状況で，新規事業の開始のための投資が既存事業規模によってどのように影響を受けるかを研究した．近年の新しいイノベーションである望むだけ支払う方式あるいはPWYW(Pay what you want)方式の研究を実施して，その導入が店舗にどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにした．
