本研究は一般的に名目ベースで公表される国際産業連関表を実質ベースでし直し、実質化した国際産業連関表を用い、近年目立つようになっている環境課題である脱炭素政策が日本を含め、世界経済に与える影響を分析することを目的としている。本研究の最大の特徴は製造業に関して産業別の生産者価格指数と非製造業に消費者物価指数を用い、世界初国際産業連関表の実質化を試みることである。さらに、今まで不可能だった、もしくは完全に考慮できなかった価格要素の取り組みが可能になったことがあげられる。本研究内容は2023年3月に法政大学で開催された第7回International Conference on Economic Structures 2023で発表し、今現在実質国際産業連関表の近日中一般公開するための準備を進めている。今後、新しく作成した実質国際産業連関表をもとに従来の国際産業連関分析（例えば、生産誘発分析や付加価値連鎖分析など）に加えて政策分析や環境分析の応用として世界各国が進めている脱炭素政策の現状と影響を分析し、成果を査読付き国際雑誌に投稿する予定である。

This study aims to analyze the impact of decarbonization policies on Japan and the world economy by introducing general topics, including the international industrial relations table, and the use of the international industrial relations table, as well as recent environmental issues. The most important characteristics of this study are the producer price index of manufacturing industry, the consumer price index of non-manufacturing industry, and the qualitative test of international industrial relations table at the beginning of the world. It is impossible to consider the selection of grid elements completely, but it is impossible to consider the selection of grid elements completely. This study was launched in March 2023 at the 7th International Conference on Economic Structures of Hosei University, and is now preparing for the recent general public release of the Quality International Industrial Relations Table. In the future, new quality international industrial linkage tables will be created and future international industrial linkage analysis (e.g., production incentive analysis and payment linkage analysis) will be added to policy analysis and environmental analysis, and the status quo and impact of decarbonization policies in countries around the world will be analyzed and results reviewed.
