途上国農家の技術採用においては，他人の知識や経験から学ぶ社会的学習を踏まえた行動介入の効果検証が近年急速に展開され，科学的知見が積み上がりつつある．これらの研究は，農家による技術の新規採用行動に焦点を当てており，短期的な観点から行動介入の設計と効果の検証が行われてきた．しかし開発の持続可能性を考慮した環境保全型農業技術の採用においては，短期的な観点のみならず，いかにその採用行動の継続を促すかといった長期的な観点からの行動介入の設計とその効果の検証が強く求められる．そこで本研究では，途上国の小規模農家に環境保全型農業技術の長期的な採用を促すために，社会的学習を踏まえた行動介入の長期効果や，その介入効果を維持・増進させるための社会的コミットメント・メカニズムの併用効果を，フィールド実験手法を用いて明らかにする．この研究目的を達成するために，次のような5つの主要な研究課題を設定した．[1]2018 年に行ったフィールド実験研究の追跡調査，[2]ベースライン調査と介入の無作為割当，[3]フィールド実験における介入開始，[4]短期フォローアップ調査，[5]長期フォローアップ調査2022年度は，[1]，[2]に主眼を置いた研究活動を実施した．具体的には，現地における茶生産農家の家計行動調査を2022年11－12月にかけて行い，行動介入の基礎となるデータベースを構築した．また同時に，各農家の農地の土壌検査を行い，土壌の劣化状況に関する科学的結果を農家に知らせることが，彼らの有機肥料導入・使用を促進するかという行動介入フィールド実験のパイロットを実施した．今後は得られた予備的結果を精査し，本実験のデザインを調整，最終化する予定である．

On the way, the adoption of technology by farmers in China has developed rapidly in recent years, and the accumulation of scientific knowledge has increased. This research focuses on the adoption of new technologies and actions, and short-term research focuses on the design and implementation of actions and interventions. The adoption of environmentally sound agricultural technologies, considering the sustainability of development, is a short-term challenge, and the adoption of actions is a long-term challenge. This study aims to promote the long-term adoption of environmentally sound agricultural technologies by small-scale farmers in China, and to promote the long-term effectiveness of social learning and action interventions, and to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of social interventions. This research goal is achieved, and the next five main research topics are set. [1] Tracking survey of research conducted in 2018,[2] survey and intervention,[3] intervention started,[4] short-term survey,[5] long-term survey,[1],[2] implementation of research activities in 2022. The specific action plan of tea production farmers in November and December 2022 was carried out in the field, and the foundation of action intervention was established. At the same time, in the process of soil inspection of each farmer's cultivated land, scientific results related to soil degradation are known to farmers, and actions are taken to promote the introduction and use of organic fertilizers. In the future, the results of the preparation will be carefully examined.
