本研究課題では、COVID-19禍での自粛行動や在宅ワークの普及により、どのように運動・食事・通院・がん検診受診などの格差が広がっているかを家計パネルデータを用いて統計的に分析している。データソースとしては、慶應義塾大学の「JHPS（日本家計パネル調査）」および「新型コロナウイルス感染症が社会に与えた影響に関するJHPS特別調査」を用いている。これらのデータソースでは、教育・所得・性別などの人々の社会経済的背景に加えて、がん種ごとのがん検診受診の有無・運動の頻度・食生活・医療費などがパネルデータとして、毎年固定された家庭に対して調査されている。これまでに研究分担者とオンラインと対面での研究会を何度も行い、2018年までのデータを用いて医療費支出の大きさについてその要因を統計的に明らかにし、またそれを利用して不平等指数の作成を行ない、またデータが利用可能となった際にどのような統計分析方法を活用するかについて検討してきた。また、COVID-19禍と見ることができる2021年度データが、2023年4月より利用可能となったため、利用申請を行い、COVID-19禍での不平等指数等の作成やその他の分析を行なっている。このようなCOVID-19前後の結果を比較して分析することで、自粛行動や在宅ワークの普及により、どのように運動・食事・通院・がん検診受診などの格差が広がっているかを分析することが可能になる。

This research topic is about the analysis of COVID-19 self-action, popularization of home use, exercise, food use, general hospital use, diagnosis and treatment, and household use statistics. "JHPS (Japanese Household Survey)" and "JHPS Special Survey on Social and Economic Impact of New Type of Infectious Diseases" conducted by Keio University The social and economic background of the people, including education, income, gender, etc., includes the presence or absence of visits, frequency of exercise, food and living, medical expenses, family and annual surveys. This study will be carried out by the research participants and the major factors of medical expenditure in 2018. The main factors of medical expenditure will be analyzed. The inequality index will be created. The statistical analysis methods will be used. The COVID-19 disaster is expected to occur in 2021 and April 2023. Other analyses such as the use of possibilities, the use of applications, and the COVID-19 disaster inequality index are prepared. The results before and after COVID-19 were compared and analyzed. The results showed that there was a possibility of self-action, popularization in the home, sports, food, hospital, diagnosis and treatment.
