项目摘要

本年度は次のような特徴を持つ理論モデルを構築した。①保有資産（資本の保有比率）の格差から生まれる複数の所得階級が存在する経済において、ある特定の所得階層が支持する政党（たとえば、社会主義経済における共産党や近年の米国や英国におけるポピュリズムによって支持された政党）が政権をとった場合に実現するパルチザン型の所得分配、②投票者による民主的な投票行動（具体的には中位投票者投票あるいは確率的投票メカニズム＝異なる所得階層の人口比率で重みづけした社会的厚生関数を最大化する平均的投票者モデル）によって決まる所得分配、③労働組合と使用者間の交渉によって決まる所得分配（ナッシュ交渉解による所得分配の決定、たとえば、スウェーデンなど）、④平等な所得分配実現を目指した功利主義的社会厚生関数の最大化によって決まる所得分配、⑤極端な所得不平等を嫌うロールズ型社会厚生関数の最大化によって決まる所得分配⑥社会紛争（たとえば、移民とそれ以外の国民）を緩和するように決まる所得分配を考える。これらの異なる所得分配のもとで決まる経済成長率、新規国債の発行額および対GDP比で測った公的債務比率を理論モデルから解析的に導出した。
