本研究では，（i）特定健康診査制度の導入が健康と医療利用および生活習慣に与える影響，（ii）高齢者を対象とした施策の変遷と健康，医療利用および生活習慣の変化，そして（iii）喫煙率と平均余命に関する国際比較研究を実施する予定であった。令和４年度は，この三つの研究課題のうち，（i）と（iii）に取り組んだ。具体的には，（i）については，コロナ禍のデータが公開される令和６年度に申請することを念頭に利用する個票データの調査と先行研究および関連資料の調査と整理を行った。（iii）については，国内の研究者に協力を仰ぐため，オンラインミーティングを行い，今後の研究の進め方について議論した。また，準備が整い次第分析が開始できるように，研究室の環境を大幅に改善させた。加えて，（ii）の研究については，（i）と同様に先行研究および関連資料の調査と整理を行っていたところ，当研究計画の申請後に，同テーマの分析を行っている研究がディスカッションペーパーとして刊行されていたのを発見した（Komura and Bessho, 2022）。それを精読したところ，計画案にある分析では新しい貢献を行うことが非常に難しいことが分かった。参考文献Komura, N. and S. This study is intended to examine (i) the impact of the introduction of specific health screening systems on health, medical use and lifestyle,(ii) the impact of policy changes on health, medical use and lifestyle among individuals with high levels of obesity, and (iii) the impact of international comparative studies on smoking rates on average residual life. In the fourth year of the order, three research topics were selected,(i) and (iii). Specifically,(i) the investigation and collation of data related to the investigation and preparation of data related to the investigation. (iii) Research in China should be carried out in cooperation with domestic researchers, and future research should be carried out in cooperation. Finally, preparations for successive analyses have begun, and the environment of the laboratory has been greatly improved. In addition,(ii) the research is conducted in reverse,(i) the same research is conducted in advance and the related data is collated, and when the research project is applied, the same research is conducted in reverse (Komura and Bessho, 2022).
