项目摘要

本研究課題では、（１）「スチュワードシップ・コード（ＳＣ）およびコーポレートガバナンス・コード（ＣＧＣ）策定に伴う本邦株式市場の構造変化」、（２）「日本銀行の資産（ETF）買入れ政策が本邦株式貸借市場に与える影響」、（３）「日本銀行の資産（ETF）買入れ政策のアナウンスメント効果、および資産価格モデルを用いた効果の測定」の３トピックを分析対象としている。（１）については、主要な分析を２０２１年度にＲＩＥＴＩで発表した後、研究・分析を進め、２０２２年度に初稿が完成。同年６月のファイナンス学会で発表を行った。また、本分析から得られた分析上の知見を活かした新たな研究として、企業の温暖化ガス(GHG)排出と銀行貸出の関係についての分析に着手。BISのワーキングペーパーを公表した。（２）については、１本目の論文が英文学術誌に掲載された。また、２本目の論文の主要な結果が一通りそろい、主要な結果について日本ファイナンス学会、証券経済研究所、一橋大学などでプレゼンを行った。共著者も神戸大学やEconometric Society北米年次ミーティングなどで研究発表を行った。そこでの議論や得られたコメントを反映して、現在はワーキングペーパーとなる初稿を作成している。（３）については、１本目の論文が英文学術誌に掲載された。２本目の論文については、BISのワーキングペーパーとして公表された。共著者と分担しつつ、Econometric Societyの北米大会、アジア大会、証券経済研究所、ファイナンス学会などで発表を行った。ファイナンス学会では、若手奨励論文として選出された。
