项目摘要

本研究は、被験者に対し、リスク選好を計測する金銭くじ実験と、個人属性などを尋ねるアンケート調査の双方を実施することで、日本人のリスク選択行動に係る４つの仮説－１．リスク選好の特徴、２．選好の異質性の有無と分布、３．選好の特徴・異質性を規定する個人属性、４．観測された選好と現実の金融行動との関係-を検証し、家計資産効率化に与する政策立案や金融商品の開発・提供に役立つ傍証を示すことを目的とする。個人のリスク選好関数を推計した既存の実証研究結果によって、個人間のリスク選好には異質性があることが広く認知されているが、その一方で、個人の投資や貯蓄行動の規定要因分析において、金融行動モデルの異質性に配慮した推計はいまだ数少ない。異質性のある母集団に単一の行動モデルを当てはめた推計結果には偏りが生じ、誤った政策提言の誘因にもなる。本研究では、実験・調査による独自データの構築と、個人間のリスク選択モデルの異質性に配慮した推計手法を用いて、日本人のリスクテイクタイプの実態の解析を目指す。申請時における2022年度の研究計画は、①既存研究知見の体系的な整理、②実験と調査(予備実験・調査を含む)の実施によるデータ収集の順次遂行である。①については、関連分野を含めた比較的新しい先行研究や、国内外の金融リテラシー教育の実情などに係る情報及び論説等を中心にサーベイを進め、②の調査票設計や今後の分析、論文作成に有用な知見を得た。また、②については、研究予算の制約上、調査をオンライン、実験をオフラインで実施する調整を行っていたが、年度中盤の新型コロナウィルス感染症の再拡大に伴い遂行が困難となった。このため、低予算でのオンライン実験プログラムの構築方法などについて、専門家の知見、関連分野の情報収集など準備を進めた。

To measure the relationship between the selection and implementation of financial actions-to identify, to evaluate, to Individual selection, correlation, and estimation of existing empirical research results, individual selection, heterogeneity, cognition, and party, individual investment and storage actions, regulation, factor analysis, and financial action, heterogeneity, and estimation. Heterogeneity and diversity in the parent group are the causes of bias and misrepresentation in the results. This study is aimed at the construction of individual data, the application of allocation methods for heterogeneity among individuals, and the analysis of the status of Japanese data. The research plan for 2022 at the time of application includes: (1) the systematization of existing research findings;(2) the implementation of investigations (including preliminary investigations); and (3) the sequential implementation of data collection. (1) Advanced research on financial information and educational information at home and abroad;(2) Survey design;(3) Future analysis; and (4) Useful insights for paper creation. In addition, it is difficult to carry out research on the constraints of pre-calculation, investigation, adjustment and implementation of new types of infections in the middle of the year. The construction method of the information collection system of the low prediction and the low prediction is improved. The knowledge of the family and the information collection of the related fields are improved.
