项目摘要

食品企業の人事処遇管理に関する内部資料の分析と非公開の従業員の複数年の人事情報をデータ化した人事マイクロパネルデータの計量分析の2つの研究手法により戦間期の人事処遇管理の形成過程と運用実態の特質を明らかにし、断絶していると言われる戦後の人事処遇管理の歴史研究とつなぐ研究モデルとしてその蓄積を促進することを目的とする本研究の実績ついては、本年度は本研究が取り上げている２つの研究計画――【研究計画①】人事パネル詳細データの構築作業[素入力]の実施、【研究計画②】人事パネル基本データの計量分析を継続するとともに、内部資料をもとに賃金制度を題材にした人事処遇管理の形成過程の解明――に取り組んだ。具体的には、つぎの通りである。【研究計画①】について、2014年度から共同研究による研究活動を進めているので、人事パネル詳細データの構築作業の前工程の入手した職員名簿、内規（就業規程）、役員議案などの内部資料の整理、ならびに試験的な人事マイクロパネルデータ（従業員の基本情報〔氏名、年齢、所属部署、役職、資格、評価等〕）の構築作業についてデータ構築スキルを持つ大島を中心に組織メンバー３人で進めた。【研究計画②】について、統計学・情報処理を専門分野とする永戸を中心に試験的に構築した人事マイクロパネルデータの計量分析を行い、人的資源管理を専門分野とする田口を中心に内部資料をもとに人事処遇管理の形成過程の解明し、組織メンバー３人による研究論文を共同執筆した。
