Webアンケート調査という手法はその有用性の反面, 回答行動の不確かさという課題が存在する. 本研究課題はWeb調査における回答者の望ましからぬ回答行動を検出し, その度合いをアンケート分析に反映させるための方法論の開発を目的としている.2022年度はまず, 回答者の信頼性と質問項目の信頼性を測る指標を, それらの相補性に着目して定義した. この定義の下, Webページのハブとしての重要性を定量化するHITSアルゴリズムと呼ばれるアルゴリズムを援用してアンケート調査における回答内容および回答者の信頼性を算出する方法を開発した. この手法において信頼性は初期値を設定した上での繰り返し計算の収束点として算出される. そのため初期値として何を設定するかということが出発点として重要な課題となる. 2022年度の研究においては, 複数の観点から合理的と考えられる初期値設定を行い, それぞれの結果比較を行う部分にも力を注いだ.さらに, 国立情報学研究所の情報学研究データリポジトリより提供されているオリコン顧客満足度調査データの分析に我々の開発した分析手法を適用し, エステティック, フィットネスクラブ, カラオケ, カフェという4分野のサービス顧客満足度データの分析を行なった. 分析結果に関してサービス別およびサービス横断的な視点から考察を行い, 提案手法の妥当性を示した. また, 我々の結果と他の調査結果との比較を行い, 我々の開発した分析手法が, 評価の重要項目を直接的に尋ねるタイプの顧客満足度調査とは異なる観点からの集計結果を提供できることを明らかにした.本研究で開発した分析手法を用いると, 利用者から業界全体として求められている項目と個別企業として求められている項目を同時に炙り出すことができ, 事業改善のための戦略分析に効果的に役立てることができる.

Web search methods are the opposite of usefulness, and answer questions about actions. This study develops analytical techniques for the industry as a whole, and for individual firms, and for projects simultaneously, and for business improvement, and for results.
