项目摘要

本年度(令和4年度)の研究実施は、研究初年度として、次年度以降のシンガポール現地調査(ヒアリングなどのフィールドワーク)を行うにあたって、先行文献資料の確認・検索・収集の事前準備を主として実施した。申請書には本年度は現地調査を行うとしていたが、コロナによりシンガポールへの渡航が困難となったために、ヒアリング事前の文献調査に切り替えた。これら資料調査に関しては、(1)政府によるガバナンス政策や法制度の文献調査として、シンガポール会社法やガバナンス・コードの精査・分析と整理、それら法律とコードに関する他国との比較調査、また経済シンクタンやIMF、BISなど国際機関の研究レポート・資料の収集と精査、整理を実施した。(2)アジア地域のコーポレート・ガバナンスに関する調査研究として、シンガポール大学ビジネススクール・コーポレートガバナンスセンター(CGIO)の資料精査・分析を行った。(3)国家資本主義に関する研究を進化させるために、文献収集と読み込み・整理を行なった。(1)から(3)の収集資料に関する文献整理を実施した結果、国家ガバナンス戦略の一環として、国家の環境政策(金融タクソノミーやカーボンニュートラル国家戦略)も射程に入れた研究に拡大する必要が生じた。また(3)に関しては、他大学研究者らと研究会を数度開催し、意見交換を行なった。資料収集・精査で解明した点に関しては、国内での研究報告会と国内外の学会発表を行った(国際学会はオンライン参加)。
