2022年度では、中国の上場企業333社の「年次報告書」から社内取締役、監査役、高級管理者と大株主との関連性に重点を置いて、研究を進めた。特に、筆頭株主の持株比率に基づいて、筆頭株主による支配パターンを五つの支配パターンに分けて、それぞれの大株主の影響力を分析を行った。本研究では、直接関係という概念を導入し分析を進めた。直接関係とは、上場企業で社内取締役、監査役、高級管理者という職務に着きながら、当該企業の大株主でも職務を持っていることを意味する。その分析結果は、次のように纏めることができる。①直接関係の割合から見た場合、社内取締役・高級管理者・監査役と大株主との直接関係の関連性は3割～4割の割合を占めている（筆頭株主の持株比率20％未満の場合には3割弱）。そのうち、筆頭株主との直接関係が最も顕著である。筆頭株主との直接関係をさらに具体的に見ると、筆頭株主の持株比率50％以上の支配パターンでは3割以上、筆頭株主の持株比率50％未満～20％以上の支配パターンでは2割以上、筆頭株主の持株比率20％未満の支配パターンでは2割未満である。他方、筆頭株主の持株比率の低下と伴い筆頭株主との直接関係の割合は低下する一方、筆頭株主以外の大株主との直接関係の割合が少しずつ上昇している。②筆頭株主の持株比率80％未満～3分の2以上の上場企業の支配パターンにおいては、筆頭株主と第2株主のみ直接関係が見られるものの、その他の支配パターンでは、筆頭株主から第10株主まで幅広い大株主との直接関係が見られる。但し、筆頭株主から第3株主の割合が大多数を占めており、筆頭株主から第3株主までの直接関係の割合は、筆頭株主の持株比率と関連して逓減している。他方、第4株主から第10株主までの直接関係の割合は、必ずしも筆頭株主の持株比率と関連しているとは言えないのである。
