本研究は、「人的資本」という視点から、いかに企業の人的資源の有効利用とその認識・評価のための情報開示が専門投資者の投資判断にどのように資するか、その有用性を実証的に分析するとともに、どのような人的資本情報が、いかように開示されるべきか、新たな開示制度の構築に向けて制度的及び実証的に調査・研究しようとするものである。そのためには、まず「組織資産」としての人的資本とは何か、それを企業の価値創造のメカニズムの中で、いかに把握し、位置づけるべきかを内外のマネジメント文献に基づき、レビューする先行文献研究から始めなければならない。それが第1年度の研究課題である。本研究では、とくに人的資本評価について、マルチ領域的・マルチ階層的レビューを行った　Fulmer & Ployhart(2014)論文、人的資源研究の最初の10年間の研究レビューを行ったRay et.al.(2023)、従来の個別レベルアプローチに対して統合的・ホリステック枠組みから人的資本資源の概念化を提唱するployhart et.al.(2014)、及び非財務情報としてのインタンジブルズ情報の価値関連性実証研究を行ったWyatt（2008）論文が含まれる。以上の人的資本に関する理論的研究を受けて、令和5年度では、アンケート調査票の作成に取りかかり始めたところである。
