本研究の目的は，イノベーション戦略，組織設計，そして管理会計システムの3つの関係を明らかにすることにある。具体的には，(1)両利き戦略の実現につながる組織内コントロールの設計（組織設計）の解明と(2)イノベーション戦略のための組織内・組織間コントロールの関係(連結・補完の関係)を考察することにある。研究実施計画では，初年度は(1)を中心に進めることとし，両利き戦略の実現とマネジメント・コントロール・システムの機能・役割や組み合わせについて聞き取り調査を実施し，さらにアンケート調査を実施するための準備を進める予定であった。聞き取り調査は，調査対象企業の協力のもと，事業戦略レベルにおいてM&Aを通じた新規事業への進出(知の探索)と採算管理にもとづく着実な既存事業の拡大（知の活用）を観察することができた。この調査結果は，国内学会にて報告を行った。この調査では，マネジメント・コントロール・システムとしてアメーバ経営を取り上げたが，アメーバ経営が両利き経営の実現に重要な役割を果たしていることを明らかにした。これまでのアメーバ経営の研究では，知の活用にもとづくような調査報告が多いなかで，本研究は，知の探索の側面を同時に扱った点に学術的な意義を見いだせる。他方，アンケート調査についても想定した以上に進捗し，質問項目を適切に設計し，調査を実施することができた。現在，分析を進めている段階にある。加えて，組織設計は，組織の成長段階に適合した形で行われることが求められ，またイノベーションの実現では企業家的ギャップの設定が鍵となる。そこで，アントレプレナーシップとマネジメント・コントロールとの関係について再考するための文献調査も行った。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between management accounting system and organizational design. Specifically,(1) the design of intra-organizational communication (organizational design) and the understanding of intra-organizational communication (organizational design) are discussed.(2) the relationship between intra-organizational communication and inter-organizational communication (link and complement relationship) is investigated.
