本研究の目的は、難病セルフヘルプグループ（以下、SHGと記す）の運営が安定するネットワークのあり方を明らかにすることである。2022年度は、国内のSHGの運営に言及している文献レビューを行い、SHGの運営上における阻害要因と促進要因を抽出した。文献の抽出方法は、日本の文献データベースCiNii Researchを用いた。キーワードは、「セルフヘルプ・グループ」「セルフヘルプグループ」「患者会」「自助グループ」「家族会」に「運営」を掛け合わせた５組のキーワードで検索をした。キーワード検索より93文献が抽出され、精読後12文献を対象とした。文献レビューの結果、運営上における阻害要因としては、【メンバー同士でのサポートの難しさ】【メンバーの減少】【運営方法に関する知識不足】【運営に関わる担い手・マンパワー不足】【運営資金不足】【リーダー一人への負担】【会場の確保の困難】【地域の交通網の不便さ】、促進要因としては【運営資金の確保】【行政や専門職からの支援】があげられた。SHGにおいても、「ヒト・モノ・カネ・時間」といった経営資源をふまえた運営の必要性が考えられた。また、メンバーは疾病や介護等、何かしらの健康課題を持って活動や運営をしているため、行政や医療福祉従事者の支援を得た方が、その運営体制は強固になることが推察された。さらに、交通網等、ＳＨＧが所在する地域の環境も運営に影響することが明らかとなった。今回のキーワード検索では、ＳＨＧの運営に関する文献を網羅できていない可能性がある。今後、引用・非引用の補完検索をして、より網羅された文献レビュー行う。
