项目摘要

本研究の目的は、福祉サービスを利用する高齢者に対する、スピリチュアリティに配慮した福祉実践の意義を検証し、福祉現場にて、介入の際に活用可能な実践モデルを開発し提示することである。2022年度は、理論・基礎研究として、国内外の、社会福祉学、ケアマネジメント関連の専門書・論文等の文献研究により、スピリチュアリティの本質、ケアマネジメントにおける介入の意義と実践理論の研究と実践を考察した。これらの文献研究の結果、福祉実践の観点から、人間の特質であるスピリチュアリティが、ケアマネジメントの目的にある、利用者の「ＱＯＬの向上」との関連で議論されている等が明らかになった。また、スピリチュアリティについての意識とこれに配慮した実践について、2ヶ所の居宅介護支援事業所の介護支援専門員との意見交換を行った。その結果、高齢者の人間固有の存在の意味や価値にかかわるスピリチュアルな課題を、実践現場の専門職が捉えきれずにいることを聴き取ることができた。このことから、スピリチュアリティに配慮した実践モデルの開発に向け、実践に従事する専門職がもつスピリチュアリティへの意識の醸養がさらに必要となること等が明らかになった。以上、先行文献による理論・基礎研究と実際に支援に従事する現場の専門職からの意見集約を通し、福祉現場にて、介入の際に活用可能な実践モデル開発に向けた基礎的研究を行うことができた。そして、今後、本研究を進めるうえでの課題について明らにすることができた。
