本研究の目的である治療中断経験のある精神障害者が精神科医療に対して肯定的な援助希求的態度を有するまでのプロセスとその変容に影響を与える要因、その過程における精神保健福祉士のソーシャルワーク実践の現状と課題について明らかにするための調査（半構造化インタビュー調査）実施へ向けた準備及び基礎的資料の比較検証・分析を行った。具体的には調査対象者である精神障害者当事者及びその支援者である精神保健福祉士用のインタビューガイド、協力者への説明書、同意書、同意撤回書等を作成し、調査実施計画に沿い遂行した。特に、インタビューガイドと協力者への説明書作成においては、精神保健福祉領域の有識者や現場経験を有する精神保健福祉士へのヒアリング及び研究者によるピアチェックを踏まえ作成した。また、精神保健福祉領域において精神障害者当事者の援助希求的態度がこれまでどのように論じられてきたのかについて先行研究を分析した。特に、「援助希求的態度」に関連して精神障害者当事者にとっての「障害受容」や精神疾患や精神障害との「折り合い」との関連について先行研究をもとに分析した。このように本研究のキーワードである援助希求的態度に関連する他の概念についても比較検討を行うことで、本研究の位置づけと意義を再度検証し明確化することに努めた。なお、先行研究の比較検証、分析の必要性が新たに生じたこと等によりインタビュー調査の実施までは遂行することができなかったが、インタビュー調査実施に向けた土台を固めることができた。

The purpose of this study is to determine the main causes of psychiatric disorders and their attitude towards psychiatric care. A survey (semi-structured survey) was conducted to prepare and compare basic data. The specific investigation target, mental health victim and support personnel shall prepare the application form for mental health welfare personnel, the specification form of the collaborator, the consent form, and the consent withdrawal form, and carry out the investigation implementation plan. This study aims to clarify the relationship between the attitude of seeking assistance and other concepts, and to re-examine the significance of this study. The necessity of comparative investigation and analysis of advanced research is to create a new situation and to carry out the investigation.
