本研究は、アルコール依存症者独自のレジリエンス測定尺度を用いてアルコール依存症者のレジリエンスの変化を縦断的に測定分析し、アルコール依存症者のレジリエンスに基づく支援アプローチを提案することを目的としている。研究計画として、当初、2022年から2024年の3年間、アルコール依存症者のレジリエンスを測定する調査を年に2回実施する予定であった。しかし、アルコール依存症者独自のレジリエンス測定尺度の完成が2022年度となったため、調査開始が2023年度からとなった。現在、アルコール依存症者への第一回目の調査を実施するとともに、アルコール問題を抱えていない一般成人へのレジリエンスに関する調査を実施している。それらの結果の比較検討から、アルコール依存症者のより詳細なレジリエンスの解明を行う予定である。また、2023年度から2025年度に縦断的に実施する調査により、アルコール依存症者の生活状況とレジリエンスの変化を分析し、アルコール依存症者のレジリエンスに基づく支援アプローチの提案を行う予定である。これまでの先行研究で、アルコール依存症者の成長や回復力、レジリエンスについて示されているものは少なく、また、具体的にアルコール依存症者のレジリエンスを測定しレジリエンスの数値化や変化、生活状況との関連に対する検討はなされていない。本研究は、アルコール依存症者独自のレジリエンス測定尺度を用い、アルコール依存症者のレジリエンスを縦断的に測定することにより、レジリエンスすなわち病から回復する力、復元する力を可視化していく。そして、根拠に基づいた支援のあり方を検討することが本研究の最大の目的となる。
