项目摘要

本研究は、幼保連携型認定こども園に必ず配置されている学校薬剤師が中心となり、子供が安全に実施できる公衆衛生活動に関する体験型イベントを保育教諭と一緒に考案・実践し、園児及びその保護者に衛生意識の向上を図ることを目的に実施するものです。R4年度は、岡山県内の幼保連携型認定こども園及び幼稚園計353施設に対し、公衆衛生活動の実施状況や学校薬剤師の関与の度合いに関するアンケート調査を行い、152施設から回答がありました。年度末にアンケート調査を実施したため、現在結果の解析を行っています。また研究協力施設2園において、学校薬剤師の活動内容や病気や薬の基礎知識を記したお便りを学校薬剤師が作成し、その配布前後における学校薬剤師の認知度と必要性等に関するアンケート調査を保護者を対象に行ったところ、認知度・必要性共に有意に増加していました。その調査では、学校薬剤師を必要だと回答した方のほうが、公衆衛生活動への興味が高いという結果も得られました。さらに、学校薬剤師が行う公衆衛生活動として、園児体験型を希望する保護者の割合が、保護者を対象とする講演会型の活動よりも高かったため、園の保育教諭及び研究分担者と共に、園児が楽しみながら学べる公衆衛生活動の実施方法について検討を行いました。その他、低年齢層への薬教育を実践している研究グループとの意見交換などを行い、学校薬剤師が公衆衛生活動を実践していくうえでの留意点等に関する情報共有を行いました。
