本研究の目的は若年経験者教員（経験年数5年未満の教員）の道徳科授業づくりの「困り感」の解明とそれに応えるための「道徳科授業づくりフレーム」「道徳科授業づくりチェックシート」「範となる道徳科授業DVD」（以下、「3点セット」と称する）の開発である。2022年度は研究初年度として、まず研究構想を詳細にするために先行研究の検討を行った。先行研究においては教員が道徳科授業づくりに困り感を持つことが示されていたが、若年経験者教員に特化した研究は少なく、本研究の必要性が示された。次に、道徳科の授業づくりに関する若年経験者教員の「困り感」のアンケート調査を作成し実施した。H県内の小学校、中学校の校長に依頼し、150名以上の若年経験者教員から回答を得た。「研究計画」ではアンケート調査の分析も2022年度に行う予定であったが、入力作業に時間を要し、分析までは終了していない。さらに、アンケート調査と並行する形で「道徳科授業づくりフレーム（案）」の開発を行った。本研究の主研究者はH県内の多くの小学校、中学校において道徳の授業づくりの研修講師を務めているが、そこでのニーズをもとに「道徳科授業づくりフレーム（案）」を作成した。フレーム案は試験的に、実際に小学校中学校の道徳科授業づくり研修会の場で使用し、使いやすさや改良点などを教員に直接聞きながら改良した。今後はアンケートの分析を進める共に、「道徳科授業づくりフレーム（案）」を完成させていくこととする。
