本研究の目的は、若手養護教諭の多職種連携における課題（困難）を解明した上で、課題解決に有効に機能するコンピテンシーの尺度とルーブリックを開発し、ルーブリックを用いた養護教諭養成機関における多職種連携教育モデルを構築することである。本年度は、若手養護教諭の多職種連携コンピテンシーを評価するルーブリック開発にむけて、「若手養護教諭の多職種連携における課題の明確化」を行うことが研究課題であった。２０２３年１月～２月に、入職５年以内の関東圏の若手養護教諭８名、スクールソーシャルワーカー５名及びスクールカウンセラー５名にインタビュー調査を実施した。若手養護教諭には４名を１グループとしたフォーカスグループインタビューを実施した。スクールソーシャルワーカー及びスクールカウンセラーには、個別に半構造化面接を実施した。インタビュー内容は、学校現場における①多職種連携の現状、②多職種連携の問題点や困難、③学校組織における養護教諭の存在・役割、③養護教諭養成課程の多職種連携教育に必要なこと（養護教諭に求める知識・行ってほしいこと・望まないこと）、④連携力（連携の実践力）とは何でありどのように強化できるか（多職種連携に必要な力・行動・特性とは何か）、の５項目についてであった。インタビューの内容を逐語記録に起こし、養護教諭の多職種連携教育における課題を整理した。若手養護教諭の視点のみならず、スクールソーシャルワーカー、スクールカウンセラーといった多職種連携を一緒に行う専門職からみた若手養護教諭の課題の内容が抽出された。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the problems (difficulties) of multi-job integration of hand care instruction, and to construct multi-job integration education system with the function of solving problems. This year, we will carry out research topics on the development of a comprehensive evaluation system for multi-occupational communication of hand care instructions and the "Clarification of Issues for Multi-occupational Communication of Hand Care Instructions". January to February, 2023, 8 maintenance instructions, 5 maintenance instructions and 5 maintenance instructions for Kanto within 5 years of employment were implemented. Necessity of multi-occupational integration education of maintenance instruction development curriculum (Maintenance instructions seek knowledge·action), ④ connection power (connection power in practice) and how to strengthen it (necessary force·action·characteristics for multi-job connection), and no 5 projects are necessary. The content of the website is recorded word by word, and the topic of conservation education and multi-professional education is organized. If the point of view of the hand maintenance instruction is not clear, the content of the hand maintenance instruction is extracted.
