本研究の目的は、本邦で発表される学術論文の多くを占めている大学に焦点をあて、自然科学系の学術論文を中心とした学術論文の生産性について、論文書誌情報と科研採択情報を収集し、これら属性情報を比較・分析することで相関関係を明らかにすることにある。本年度は本邦の大学に所属するの科研採択者情報を得るため、KAKENデータベースを利用して採択課題を有した研究代表者の属性情報の抽出を試みた。はじめに、2018年～2022年（5年分）に新規採択された基盤研究（S）、（A）、（B）、（C）および若手研究を加えた計5種目の研究課題について、研究代表者ごとの情報抽出により、約11万5千件（/5年）のデータを得た。次に、得られたデータから大学所属の研究代表者の課題を抽出するため、所属属性情報を用いて大学所属の研究課題を抽出し、採択情報合計約9万件（/5年）を得た。学術論文情報についてはWeb of Scienceの分析ツールであるInCitesを用いて、2018年～2022年に本邦の大学に所属する研究者の論文書誌データを抽出し、約41万8千件（/5年）のデータを得た。得られた2種のデータは独立しており、相互データの一元的利用にあたって研究者情報ごとに結合する必要があるため、研究者氏名と所属機関名の2つの属性情報を基軸にし、抽出データに対し相互のデータの結合を行った。これにより、科研採択者の論文数データを一元的化した統合データを得ることができた。また、学術論文情報については、最初にオーサーポジションを考慮しないデータ抽出を行ったが、進捗の中でポジション別のデータについても検討することとし、学術論文において第一著者、責任著者のそれぞれのデータについても抽出を行い、当該データを得ることができた。

The purpose of this study is to collect, compare and analyze the attribute information of academic papers published in our country, focus on academic papers published in the Department of Natural Sciences, and collect and analyze the relationship between academic papers and scientific research. This year, we will try to extract the attribute information of the research representative from the information of the research researcher belonging to our university. From 2018 to 2022 (5 years), the base plate research (S),(A),(B) and (C) of the new regulations were added to the five research topics, and the information of the research representatives was extracted, and about 115,000 pieces (/5 years) were obtained. About 90,000 pieces of information were collected from the research representative projects of the university. Academic Papers Information Web of Science Analysis and Research Incites were collected from 2018 to 2022, and about 418,000 papers (/5 years) were collected. The two kinds of information are independent, mutually exclusive and mutually exclusive.
