知的障害を伴わない成人期発達障害に大きな社会的関心が寄せられるようになっている。本研究の目的は、遂行機能に着目して、知的能力は高いが、学業・就労に支障が出る成人期発達障害者を早期に発見し、支援の効率を上げることに資する知見を得ることである。遂行機能とは、みずから目標を設定し、計画を立て、実際の行動を効果的に行う能力であり、日常生活で何らかの問題に遭遇した際、それを解決していくために動員される、一連の複雑な認知・行動機能の総称とされている。これまであまり実施されていない高次の遂行機能検査を用いて詳細を調べる点と、就労後に起こる問題を予防するために職業能力検査との関連を調べる点に意義がある。本研究では同一研究協力者に、知能検査（WAIS）、遂行機能検査（BADS）、職業能力検査（GATB）を実施し、それぞれの関連を調べるために統計解析を行う。心理検査と自律神経指標から発達障害傾向高群、発達障害傾向低群を分類し、診断のある発達障害群と比較し、就労アセスメントを目指す。2022年度は、研究協力者への負担の軽減を考慮して、募集方法、実施場所、実施時間、測定指標、測定機器、データ収集時の実施補助について検討し、研究実施計画を修正した。WAIS、BADS、GATB、CAARS、AQ、脈波の測定の準備を行った。倫理委員会の承認を得た後、研究1（対照群）と研究2（発達障害群）のデータ収集を開始している。
