令和4年度は、研究1として、通級による指導を実施している特別支援学校における自立活動研修の実態を明らかにすることを目的に、①全国の通級による指導を実施している特別支援学校を対象とした質問紙調査と②通級による指導を実施している特別支援学校（新潟県内や先進校）に対する面接調査を計画していた。①②について質問項目を作成し、予備調査を実施したところ、質問項目の修正が必要であることが明らかとなったため、令和4年度は本調査を実施することができなかった。そのため、令和5年度に本調査を実施することにした。研究２については、令和5年度に本調査を予定しているが、令和4年度はその予備調査として、特別支援学校及び小学校の特別支援教育コーディネーターに対し、面接調査を実施した。また、研究3として、現職教師と学生・院生との間における自立活動の学び合いの実態について毎年度明らかにすることとしている。こちらについては、学校における実習に参加した現職院生及び学卒院生を対象に、自由記述及び面接による調査を実施した。現職院生であっても教員養成において自立活動の学修経験がない実態にあり、学び合いのためには、現職院生、学卒院生にかかわらず、自立活動の理論と実践の往還の学修経験が欠かせないことが明らかになった。さらに、研究４の地域協働モデル構築の知見の整理に向けて、安藤（2021）及び今津（2017）を参考に、自立活動の授業力向上にかかわる授業研究を実践することができ、自立活動の指導にかかわる教師間の学び合いが確認された。毎年度データを蓄積し、養成段階及び現職教師段階で取り上げるべき内容を整理していくこととしたい。
