本研究の目的は，視覚障害者職業教育機関の教員が利用できる医療系教材・副教材情報のウェブネットワークシステムを開発し，視覚に障害をもつ教員による試用と評価を通じて，視覚アクセシビリティに配慮したウェブネットワークシステムに求められるシステム要件を明確化することである。令和４年度は，システム開発の前提となる教育機関の現状を把握するために実施した，２つのアンケート調査の結果を分析し，報告書（視覚障害者のためのウェブ医療系教材共有に関する調査報告書, 2022年12月, 22頁）にまとめた。一次調査の内容は，視覚障害者用の基礎医学に関する教材・副教材の利用状況と新なシステムに求める教材・副教材情報の種類に関するもので，養成機関全体67 校中 61 校（91％），332名の回答が得られた。二次調査は教員自身の視覚アクセシビリティの要件と所属する学校・施設等のインターネット環境に関するもので，67校中51校（76％），290名の回答が得られた。報告書を視覚障害の医療系職業教育課程を有する学校および施設（視覚特別支援学校，国立障害者リハビリテーションセンター自立支援局視覚障害支援センター，社会福祉法人，大学など）67校，全国盲学校長会・会長に配布した。アンケート結果の一部を学会に報告し，大学紀要に論文1件を掲載した。

The purpose of this study is to explore the development of the system for teachers in vocational education institutions who are visually impaired to utilize the information of teaching materials and auxiliary materials of medical departments, and to clarify the requirements of the system for teachers who are visually impaired to use the system for evaluation and evaluation. In 2014, the Ministry of Education issued a report on the implementation of the conditions for the development of education institutions and the analysis of the results of the survey.(Report on the Survey on the Development of Medical Education Materials for Visual Impairments, December 2022, page 22) The content of the first survey was related to the use of textbooks and auxiliary textbooks for basic medicine for the visually impaired, and the types of textbooks and auxiliary textbooks were related to the development of 61 schools (91%) out of 67 schools, and 332 responses were obtained. In the second survey, 51 schools (76%) of 67 schools responded to the teacher's self-perception, school facilities, and environment. Report: Vocational education curriculum of medical department for visual impairment has been established in 67 schools (special visual support schools, national visual impairment support agencies, social welfare corporations, universities) and distributed by presidents and presidents of national blind schools. A report of the university was published.
