職業訓練における実験・実習は，一般的に対面形式で実施している。この実習をオンライン化し、技能・技術を習得させることは容易ではない。しかし、近年のように対面形式の実習が困難な状況でかつオンライン化ができない場合、教育訓練の機会を逸失し、技術者育成に支障をきたす恐れがある。実習をオンライン形式で実現できれば、教育訓練の機会をより多く提供することができ、効率的な技術者育成が期待できる。職業訓練における空気圧制御技術者育成においても同様である。本研究では、職業訓練における空気圧制御に関するオンライン実習の実現を目的として、空気圧制御に関するオンライン実習の教育方法を検討・提案するとともに、オンデマンドコンテンツの制作、空気圧回路製作実習教材の開発に取り組み、提案した教育手法を用いたオンライン実習を職業訓練に展開して、教育訓練効果を検証する。2022年度は、オンライン実習システムの開発にあたって、空気圧機器の遠隔操作に必要な制御信号の生成方法および伝達方法、安価でシンプルな実験・実習環境を構築する方法などを検討するとともに、安定したオンライン実習の実現に適した通信方式を検討し、システム構成を決定した。具体的には、Web会議システムと組み合わせることを前提とした上で、オンライン実習における空気圧機器の遠隔操作をシングルボードコンピュータを用いて実現することを提案し、空気圧回路製作実習教材を試作した。提案した教育手法を用いたオンライン実習実施の可能性を検討するため、エアシリンダの遠隔操作実験を行った。タイムラグはあるもののエアシリンダは問題なく動作し、実習を進める上での影響が少ないことが確認でき、オンライン実習が実施可能であることを示した。また、空気圧制御の基礎に関する学習コンテンツを試作して職業訓練に展開した結果、短期間の習得度向上に寄与することを確認した。
