项目摘要

●研究成果の内容当研究の目的は「効果的なPBL教育実現のための演劇的アプローチを取り入れた教員研修の開発」を行う実証研究である。初年度の2022年度はPBL実施フレームワークを整理し、ソフト面（教育者の学生との関わり方およびリフレクション）のスキルについて整理を実施した。演劇的アプローチの抽出については研究協力者のわかぎ氏（演出家・劇作家）および南氏（俳優）に助言を仰ぎ教材開発に着手した。具体的には、演劇的アプローチの前提となるコミュニケーションに関する教材および研修を開発し、企業向けおよび学生向けに3回の試行を実施し、成果を評価した。試行研修の結果、自己表現とチームビルディングを素早く行えることが確認でき、PBLの立ち上げに有効であることが分かった。また、実施の容易性も確認できたため、PBLに慣れていない教員でもスムーズに導入できることが分かった。当初、2022年度に実施予定していた出版については、研修試行と入れ替えたため、PBL全体運営のアセスメントツールを開発してから行うこととし、まずは研修実施データの蓄積を優先することにした。国内の学会および海外カンファレンスで成果を報告し、研修の有効性に対しポジティブな評価を得た。●成果の意義PBLの構造を整理し、まず基礎となるコミュニケーションを中心に自己理解・自己表現スキルを向上する研修を開発、試行できたことは本研究の方向性を固めるために有効であった。今年度の成果をベースに、教員の自己表現に関するアセスメント開発に着手する予定である。
