児童養護施設に入所中の児童の愛着を、近年開発された半構造化面接法であるChild Attachment Interview (CAI) を用いて測定し、心理社会的適応との関連を検討することによって、保護因子として愛着が果たす役割を明らかにすることが本研究の目的である。2022年度は、まず一般家庭児童を対象に実施したCAIによる愛着分類や安定した愛着の指標の妥当性・信頼性を検討し、イギリスで開発されたCAIの面接項目とコーディングの基準が日本人児童にも使用可能であることを確認した。一般家庭児童における面接実施例の逐語記録を詳細に分析し、各愛着分類（安定型、軽視型、とらわれ型、Dタイプ）の語りの特徴を確認し、英語圏の児童の語りの特徴との共通点・相違点を検討した。さらに、本研究開始前に収集していた注意欠如・多動症（ADHD）児童のCAIにおける逐語記録を詳細に分析し、児童養護施設入所児童においても予想される非安定型（特に軽視型）の反応例を収集・整理した。以上の予備研究を通して、本研究で児童養護施設入所児童の面接を担当する予定の心理士へのCAI面接のトレーニング資料を用意した。面接調査、質問紙調査、研究協力者（児童および施設職員）への説明書・同意書・同意撤回書の準備を行い、研究代表者の所属機関の研究倫理審査委員会に研究計画書を提出し、審査を受け、認可を得た。Covid-19の感染状況を注視しながら、児童養護施設と打ち合わせを重ね、データ収集の準備を行った。

In recent years, the child care center has started to use semi-structural surface connection, Child Attachment Interview (CAI) measurement, psychosocial monitoring, and protection factors. The above information is available to the research staff, and in this study, the child health care facility is responsible for determining the psychologist's intention to use CAI to contact the information provider. Interviewees, participants, and research coordinators (child care workers) have clearly agreed to withdraw the preparation of the project, and the research management committee of the research representative's organization will submit the research plan, accept the proposal and accept it. The Covid-19 infection situation pays attention to the health care, child care and child care facilities, and the collection of child care facilities is ready for registration.
