本研究では，学生支援において実施できるグループプログラムとして、スケジュール管理・タスク管理に苦手さを有する大学生に特化した時間管理プログラムを開発することを目的としている。プログラムは1次支援プログラム、2次支援プログラムとして階層的に構成し、さらには特に苦手さを有する学生を対象とした3次支援として展開することを目指すものである。初年度である2022年度は、大学生を対象とした時間管理プログラムの開発を行った。本プログラムは、成人期のADHD患者を対象とした認知行動療法プログラムをベースに、予防教育・学生支援において活用できるプログラムとして構成している。コンテンツは大学生が直面し不適応の契機となりやすい課題に特化し、背景にADHDの特性を持つ学生をにとっても有効な支援コンテンツとして、実行機能の障害や強化子への感受性の低下、活性化の障害などに対応するスキル提供と心理教育とした。また、スケジュール管理が苦手な学生が長期的なプログラムに参加し続けることが困難であるという課題を克服するために、参加可能な形態として①1次支援として授業で実施するための90分×1回プログラム、②2次支援としてワークショップ形式で実施する90分×2回プログラムとして構築している。さらに、2次支援プログラムを3次支援につなげるためのコンテンツとして、特に困難さを有する学生を対象に2回プログラムに加えるフォローアップセッション（4回）のコンテンツを作成した。プログラムは他施設共通のコンテンツであり、1回プログラムを九州大学において、2回プログラムは大阪教育大学、九州大学においてパイロットプログラムとして実施、参加者に対してアンケートおよびインタビューを実施し内容を精査した。今後はこれらのプログラムを各大学において実施し、効果検証を行っていく予定である。

The purpose of this study is to develop a system of time management for college students who specialize in student support. The content of the program was carefully reviewed for the participants and for other facilities. The program was organized by Kyushu University, Osaka University of Education and Kyushu University. In the future, the university will implement the plan and the results will be determined.
