火炎の燃焼効率の改善，あるいは大気圧プラズマの医療や農業への応用では，複数の粒子種を含む混合気体の各粒子種の密度の三次元分布の把握が重要である。本研究では，これを計測するために，入射方向を可変とする干渉計を用いて異なる波長に対する複数方向からの干渉縞画像を計測し，コンピュータトモグラフィー(CT)によりそれぞれの波長に対する屈折率の三次元分布を再構成し，それらから三次元粒子種密度を算出する方法を提案している。特に，複数方向からの投影データを振動に強いシア干渉計により取得しようとする点が本研究の特徴である。今年度は，主に，CT による測定方法の検討と，シア干渉計の干渉縞解析のアルゴリズムの検討を行った。一般にCTによる再構成では，全方向からの投影データが必要であるが，干渉計の場合，容易ではなく，一部の範囲の投影データが欠落してしまう。この一部の欠測角度の中に，測定体系の工夫により固定の方向の投影データを追加し，それを再構成に利用すると大幅に再構成の精度があがることが知られている。特に追加した固定方向の投影データを再構成時に重視できる重みつき再構成アルゴリズムが有効であることが知られていたが，本年度は，この重みの与える影響を評価し，重みを与える指針を導いた。シア干渉計は，投影方向を変えた際の振動の影響を受けにくいが，測定される干渉縞画像は物体光の波面自身ではなく，物体光の一種の微分画像に相当するため，干渉縞画像から物体光の波面を再生するための処理が複雑となり，従来提案された方法では，高精度の波面再生には2次元問題の場合は4枚の微分画像が必要であった。この処理について，新たに 2枚で二次元再生が可能な手法を提案し，その有効性が確認できた。また，干渉縞から波面の微分画像を求めるアルゴリズムも高雑音の場合でも，解析できるものを開発した。
