项目摘要

令和4年度から，豊橋市安全生活課と連携して「豊橋交通安全アプリ」の運用を開始し，豊橋市内の①交通事故危険地点（①歩行者・自転車事故危険地点など）を可視化し市民周知を図るとともに，アプリ利用者からも危険地点地点（②利用者提供危険地点）の収集を行っている．①歩行者・自転車事故危険地点は，研究代表者が事故データやプローブデータ等に基づき危険と推定された100地点であり，本研究において客観情報による危険地点と位置づけられる．一方，②利用者提供危険地点は，本研究において経験情報による危険地点と位置づけられる．令和4年10月19日に豊橋市安全生活課から本アプリについてプレス発表を行い，それに伴って運用およびデータ収集を開始した．アプリ上で情報提供している①歩行者・自転車事故危険地点（客観情報）に対しては，アプリ利用者がその地点の危険状況を項目別に回答できる機能を有しており，令和5年5月17日時点においてアプリ利用者からの回答は170件であった．特に，提供している100地点中77地点について何らかの危険があると評価しており，客観情報による危険地点について，市民も一定程度危険を感じていることが示唆された．最も多かった評価項目は，「見通しが悪い（78件）」であり，次いで，「自転車にとって危険だと思う（66件）」，「歩行者にとって危険だと思う（63件）」であった．一方，②利用者提供危険地点（経験情報）は，令和5年5月17日時点において459件の登録があった．最も多かった評価項目は「歩行者にとって危険だと思う（172件）」であり，次いで「自転車にとって危険だと思う（164件）」，「見通しが悪い（161件）」であった．また，①の客観情報による危険地点が人口密度が多いエリアに集中するのに対し，②の経験情報による危険地点は人口密度が低いエリアでも一定の回答があることが示唆された．
