项目摘要

本研究の第1の目的は、健康・ウェルビーイング向上に寄与する建造環境・自然環境を解明することである。2022年度は、千葉県柏市にある柏の葉キャンパス駅周辺で生活する方を対象に、質問紙調査を実施した。スマートフォンを活用して、基本調査（基本属性、個人行動、ウェルビーイング、心理的要因、身体的要因を調査した。）と追加調査（基本調査の参加者を対象者として、経験サンプリング法による調査した）とした。追加調査について、居心地の良さを感じた際について、その時間帯、種類、同行する人、滞在時間、屋内・屋外の環境の特徴、ウェルビーイングなどを調査した。ウェルビーイングは、幸福感、生活の満足度、人生の価値、人生の目的とした。居心地の良さを感じた場所について、地理情報システムで可視化した。ウェルビーイングを結果変数とし、居心地の良さを感じた場所を説明変数として、重回帰分析でウェルビーイングと場所の関係を分析した。調査参加者は基本調査で433人、追加調査で306人であった。経験サンプリング法では988件の回答が得られた。ウェルビーイングの平均点は、幸福感7.8点、生活の満足度7.3点、人生の価値7.6点、人生の目的6.6点であった。居心地の良さを感じた場所の件数は322件で、商業施設周辺と水辺空間周辺での報告が多かった。居心地の良さを感じた場所の件数が0件の人と比較し、2件以上を報告した人の幸福感は0.5点高く、生活の満足度が0.6点高いことがわかった。
