项目摘要

本年度は，デジタル技術が地域通貨に及ぼす変容としてデジタル地域通貨とアナログ地域通貨の比較分析をゲーミング・シミュレーションを通じて行った。具体的には，地域経済効果をもつと認識されている紙幣型と地域コミュニティの形成に効果を持つと認識されているLETS型の2種類のアナログ地域通貨をそれぞれデジタル化し，その4つの形態の地域通貨を用いたゲーミング・シミュレーションを体験した被験者にそれぞれの通貨の印象を記入する質問紙調査を行った。結果からは，（1）紙幣型の地域通貨のデジタル化は，アナログ紙幣型と同様に地域経済への影響力があるものと認識された一方で，（2）LETS型の地域通貨のデジタル化は，地域コミュニティの形成効果を持つものとしては認識されていないことが明らかとなった。この結果からは，地域通貨のデジタル化は地域内の経済循環をより促進する一方で，地域コミュニティの形成という点では課題がある事を示している。地域通貨の利点は，特定の価値や倫理などを基に形成されたコミュニティを基盤に経済循環を促すところにある。本研究からは，デジタル地域通貨の使用によってコミュニティへの帰属感をいかに認識させていくかについては，決済アプリのインターフェイス，地域通貨の流通経路など様々なレベルから考えていく必要があることが明らかになった。このような点を考える上で，本年度は新たに地域経済循環を促す上でコミュニティが果たす役割を考えることができる「地域経済循環シミュレーション」というゲーミング・シミュレーションを開発し，試行実験を行った。本年度はデジタル決済アプリを開発することで，取引履歴なども詳細にわかる仕組みを用意した。来年度は，これにデジタル地域通貨を導入しながら上記の課題について考察していく。

This year, we will conduct a comparative analysis of regional currencies and exchange rates between the two countries. In particular, regional currency effects are recognized by the paper survey, and the impression of currency is recorded in the paper survey. The profit point of the region is that the specific value of the tax is determined by the tax rate. This study aims to explore the use of regional currency and the circulation of regional currency. This year, the new regional economic cycle will be promoted, and the new regional economic cycle will be promoted. This year, the company has launched a series of projects to improve the quality of its products. In the coming year, the introduction of regional currency will be carried out in the future.
