予定当初から策定していた通り、2022年度から2023年度は現状のドクターカー運行について該当したキーワードを含めた出場理由、患者評価や行った処置などの他、病院出発時刻、現場到着時刻、救急隊や患者との接触時刻、病院到着時刻などの記録の収集にあわせ、アンケートによる情報を毎出場時に集積することに尽力した。医師には携行用ビデオカメラを装着し、救急隊や搬送医療機関での医療スタッフとのコミュニケーションや接触した傷病者や家族、付添人とのコミュニケーションについて、施行された医療行為に関して検証を行った。新型コロナ肺炎による影響もあり、22年度上旬のドクターカー出場はまだまだ過去平均に比べて限りなく少なく、後半にかけて回復傾向となり、最終123件の要請となった。2023年度も継続してアンケートを聴取していく方針である。救急要請時という精神的にゆとりのない頃合においてのアンケート依頼であることから、一般市民からのアンケート回収率が懸念されたが65%程度と、比較的良好な回収率を得られる結果となった。救急隊や搬送先病院からのアンケートも数回の働きかけにて回収率は上がってきており、引き続き2024年までは調査を続けることとする予定である。またアンケート調査に関連し、大阪市消防とも連携を深め、よりよい救急活動の協同につながるよう、これまで4回ほどの会議を行なった。こちらもアンケート回収率の向上、活動の振り返りなど必要に応じて継続して緊密な連携を行なっていく。
