项目摘要

本研究では、２０２２年に次のことまで解明している。（１）「抹消型（農山村・地方量販店）」の関係性は、つぎのとおりであった。①直売所を基とした野菜流通は、巡回集荷や短距離輸送の成立が重要であるとした。②地方採卵養鶏業と地方量販店の関係は、短距離輸送の成立と、量販店が拠点事業者となることが重要となる。そのため、地方食品産業と量販店の関係性は、バイイングパワーのみならず、信頼やコミュニケーションに基づくチャネル管理を行っている点が明らかとなった。（２）物流体制の解明・・・現時点であきらかになっている点は、①短距離輸送は、多頻度で行うことが現実問題困難であること、②災害復興のための特別な輸送体制を組んでいる地域が少ないことなどがあげられた。（３）貨客混載のあり方・・・農山村ー直売所までの貨客混載のあり方を明らかにした。高齢者の出荷補助的役割であった。実際は、あらゆる世代に評価されている。このことから、直売所出荷では、輸送に関する生産者の負担が非常に高いことが明らかとなった。（４）現段階からいえること・・・・現時点において、地方流通の頑強さ（ロバスト）を解明するに至っていない。昨今のエッグショックや輸送費の値上がりに対応するために、地域循環型流通の重要さがどこまであるのかは、はっきりしている。しかし、輸送業者の問題、特に輸送費が物不足に与える影響や２０２４年問題が与える影響がどこにあるのかまで、十分な結果を出せていない。２０２３年に輸送の専門家やさらに農協調査を進めてゆきたいと考える。
