项目摘要

（１）神経発達障害と診断された子どもの調査時点（25歳以上）の双極性障害発症率と、（２）成人双極性障害患者の神経発達障害併存率を並行して行い、「正確な」両障害の併存率を明らかにすることが本研究の目的である。令和４年度の実績として以下があげられる。１．調査対象となる患者の同定。令和4年度は、当院子どものこころ診療部および精神科のデータベースを用い、（１）に関しては同診療部受診歴があり、現在２５歳以上となっている患者全員の、また、（２）に関しては現在当院に受診中の双極性障害患者全員をリストアップし、調査対象となる患者を同定した。また、（１）に関しては、現在においても当院で経過観察を行っている患者と、他院に紹介ないしは治療中断となっている患者の同定も行い、より多数の症例に対して調査が行える準備を整えている。なお、一部の患者については診療録調査を行い、属性、診断、および治療内容の概要を抽出した。２，調査に関する質問票の作成。令和４年度は、（１）に関しては当院子どものこころ診療部において発達障害と診断された患者の２５歳時点の、また、（２）に関しては当院精神科において現在治療中の患者の、これまでに受けた治療歴・教育歴・福祉支援歴および現況（修学または就労状況）を尋ねる質問票の作成を行っている。両群で同一の質問票を使用する予定であったが、現実的には主診断（（１）は発達障害、（２）は双極性障害））に応じて、一部改変することがより現実的かつ正確な調査のために必要であることがわかり、修正を繰り返して質問票の確定を急いでいる。
