项目摘要

本研究は、アメリカ連邦保健省薬物依存精神保健サービス部（Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration；以下、SAMHSA）の開発した併存性障害（重複障害）のための統合治療Integrated　Treatment　for　Co-Occurring　Disorders（以下、ITCOD）の翻訳作業と、併存性障害を持つ者への直接的支援で活用できる簡易介入ツール（試作版）の開発を行い、これらを複数の支援機関に配布しアンケートを取るものである。翻訳作業は、全350頁（図表含む）からなるITCODの全文訳（完成版）に向け取り組んでいる。完成度を上げるため、複数名で互いに翻訳内容のチェックと修正を行ったうえで、さらに、全体の校正を1名で行い、語の整合性や、意味の取違がないように、細かい修正を加えている。さらに別の専門家が、最終チェックを行う予定である。簡易ツール開発では、令和5年2月に高崎健康福祉大学研究倫理委員会の許可を得て、薬物依存症回復支援施設における当事者へのインタビュ調査を開始している。これに先立ち物質使用障害と他の精神障害を併せを持つ入所者に対し、全16回1クールの「リカバリーワークブックプログラム」を2施設において実施し、自身のリカバリーに対するイメージを膨らませてもらっている。1施設においては、1クール16回とインタビュの両方終了し、現在、文字お越しを行っている。もう一つの施設に対しては、第10回までプログラムが終了しており、残り6回を行った後、インタビュを行う予定である。アンケート調査については、現在、アンケート用紙の中身について担当者間でZoomミーティングおよび、対面会議を行い、ディスカッションを重ねている。複数の調査研究が動いてはいるものの、学会発表や論文投稿には、まだ至っていない。
