篩照射研究においてはワークステーションを購入して篩照射時の線量分布についてcomputor simulationを開始している。篩に用いる物質、篩の厚さ、孔の大きさなど最適な条件を探索中である。一方COVID-19の為本学に設置されたBNCTの治療計画装置の稼働に遅れが生じている。患者データを読み込んで、BNCTと他治療（定位照射、IMRT、陽子線治療、小線源治療）などの画像融合による最適化研究を開始できていない。

The study of screening irradiation began with the purchase of radiation distribution during screening irradiation. The optimum conditions for screening materials, screening thickness and pore size are explored. A COVID-19 treatment program was developed for the purpose of setting up BNCT treatment programs. The optimization study of image fusion for patients with BNCT and other treatments (positioning irradiation, IMRT, sun ray therapy, small ray source therapy) has begun.
