薬物治療やステント治療の進歩により、急性冠症候群患者への治療において、非責任冠動脈病変の至適管理が、今後の残された重要な課題とされる。しかしながら、急性冠症候群患 者における残存非責任冠動脈病変への血行再建の適応を決める検査の至適時期や、治療すべ き非責任病変の病変性状に関する明確なエビデンスは存在しないのが現状である。そこで本研究では、急性冠症候群患者の非責任病変に対して、近年、使用可能となった FFR angioとNIRS-IVUSを用いて検討を行い、1血行再建の適応を決める検査の至適時期の決定や2将来のイベント発生の可能性が高く治療すべき非責任病変の評価を行うことで急性冠 症候群患者における非責任冠動脈病変への管理を最適化するのが目的である。コロナ感染の影響もあり、症例登録は遅れているが、例登録にするために必要な物品の整備や体制を行い、今後、スムーズな症例登録や解析を行える環境作りを行った。
