円形脱毛症患者とモデルマウスを用いたサブタイプ別診断と治療法開発

项目摘要

①ヒトAA患者で同定されたCCHCR1バリアントをゲノム編集して導入した円形脱毛症モデルマウス、②CCHCR1KOマウスにストレスで誘導した円形脱毛症モデル、にまずステロイドまたはJAK阻害剤を内服させて、その効果を判定する。またヒト円形脱毛症患者においても、CCHCR1バリアント陽性と陰性の症例を同定し、これら症例のステロイド反応性の既往調査ならびに一部症例ではJAK阻害剤を投与して、その経過を観察することを目的としている。これまでに、ゲノム編集円形脱毛症モデルマウス18匹に、ステロイド（9匹）、JAC阻害薬（9匹）を内服させて、経過を観察している。未だ２か月しか経過していないので、今後数か月の観察期間が必要である。またヒト円形脱毛症患者においても、CCHCR1バリアント陽性と陰性の症例を多数同定しているので、これら症例の性別、①性別、②発症年齢、③病型、④アトピー性皮膚炎合併の有無、⑤家族歴の有無、⑥ステロイドの反応性（外用と内服）、⑦局所免疫療法の効果の有無、⑧再発の有無、などについても検討したところ、唯一再発率のみ有意差が見られた（陽性例再発100％、陰性例再発率75％、P<0.005)。

(1) AA patients were identified as CCHCR1 patients with alopecia,(2) CCHCR1 patients with alopecia induced by alopecia,(3) JAK inhibitors were administered orally, and (4) their effects were determined. The patients with alopecia were identified as positive and negative cases of CCHCR1, and some cases of JAK inhibitors were investigated in previous studies. This is a list of 18 hair loss cases, 9 hair loss cases, 9 JAC resistance cases, and 9 hair loss cases. 2 months to go, and months to come. The majority of positive and negative cases of alopecia patients are the same, including sex, age of onset, disease type, presence or absence of dermatitis, family history, adverse reactions (external use and internal use), effectiveness of local immunotherapy, presence or absence of recurrence, examination and treatment, etc. There was significant difference in the unique recurrence rate (100% in positive cases and 75% in negative cases, P<0.005).
